    Plaquenil & Low Dose Naltrexone - I haven't heard of anyone getting worse while taking Low Dose Naltrexone. The most often reported side effects are sleep disturbances and vivid dreams, which most often go away after a short time. However, I understand that Plaquenil does have some devastating "side effects," including possible blindness!
